Lovisa: I was approached on LinkedIn based on my qualifications.

Q: How long did it take you to write the book?

Lovisa: We started in May and the final reviews were done in October

Q: What kind of research did you do, and how long did you spend researching before beginning the book?

Lovisa: We did research per chapter, and the amount of researched differed per chapters. Some feature we write about we’re more familiar with other. We have for sure learned a lot

Q: Did you face any challenges during the writing process? How did you overcome them?

Lovisa: Keeping deadlines were stressful at times and some chapters felt harder to write than others. Perhaps because the flow of the feature wasn’t as clear for some.

Q: What advice would you give to readers learning tech? Do you have any top tips?

Lovisa: Follow along in what you read, also on your screen. Every topic will stick better if you also click around. For Okta specifically you can sign up for a free tenant to use for your personal training.

Q. How do you keep up-to-date on your tech?

Lovisa: Follow new released features as newsletter, staying active on LInkedIn where many in my network shares news. Using the tool is very important.

How would you describe you author journey with Packt? Would you recommend Packt to aspiring authors?

It’s been difficult at times, but without our team from Packt making sure we keep deadlines and getting everything happen around reviews, we wouldn’t have been nearly finished by now.
