Q: How did you become an author for Packt? Tell us about your journey. What was your motivation for writing this book?
Rajnish: Writing a book is something that was always in my mind and my bucket list. In September 2022 I finally decided to give it a try. I approached Packt with my idea on the book and the content I had in mind, fortunately Packt loved the idea and it all just started. Motivation was the global experience I carry for over 20 years and feeling of sharing the knowledge with Architecture community
Q: What kind of research did you do, and how long did you spend researching before beginning the book?
Rajnish: Mainly with experience, R&D was on latest technology and frameworks, I would say between 30-40% time on R&D
Q: Did you face any challenges during the writing process? How did you overcome them?
Rajnish: Editing was a challenge so I hired an contractor for editing related tasks
Q: What’s your take on the technologies discussed in the book? Where do you see these technologies heading in the future?
Rajnish: Cloud is the future but Enterprise Architecture with Framework like TOGAF will play a significant role in success.
