Fanny Ip is the author of Democratizing Artificial Intelligence with UiPath. We got the chance to sit down with him and find out more about his experience of writing with Packt.
Q: What are your specialist tech area(s)?
Fanny: Automation Strategy, Digital Transformation.
Q: How did you become an author for Packt? Tell us about your journey. What was your motivation for writing this book?
Fanny: One of the Packt Business Development Executives reached out to me after attending a webinar on AI that I moderated. I believe AI is the future for both personal improvement and business transformation. I want to demonstrate AI is accessible through this book.
Q: What kind of research did you do, and how long did you spend researching before beginning the book?
Fanny: We researched relevant examples to showcase in this book that is both easy to do and has business value.
Q: Did you face any challenges during the writing process? How did you overcome them?
Fanny: Time management was the biggest challenge. Having a dedicated space and time to write is important.
Q. What’s your take on the technologies discussed in the book? Where do you see these technologies heading in the future?
Fanny: AI is getting more accessible every day. In a few years, we will no longer talk about AI only in theory. AI will be just another tool on everyone’s computer.
Q: Why should readers choose this book over others already on the market? How would you differentiate your book from its competition?
